I love my job here at Greatwood because it's not a job. It's my home second home. Ten years ago I started as a Caregiver from there I climbed up the ladder to Medication Aid, Front Desk, Assisted Director and now I'm the Director of Dining Services. I've attended the 'Top Chef Completion in Chicago and also was picked to attend the Senior Lifestyle Culinary School in Chicago. My goal is to make our residents happy. They're my second family. The rewarding part is I now have an extended family. The management team is strong . We been together for at least 10 years plus.

Working here at Greatwood has been very rewarding to me. I have learned so much from the residents. This company has doors that open up a whole future. I started at the bottom and worked up. I feel i'm walking my second home and I will care for our residents like family, because they are making those special moments last lifetime.
